Brian Neal Ministries
Worship One, Love All Tour

KAIO, pronounced (kah’ yo) is the Greek word from the Bible which means “to set on fire, light, burning or to burn.”

KAIO is a primary verb which relates to the KAIO event as - a place of action.

Have you prayed for or longed for revival in your community? Are you ready for something different? We promise you that the rest of the world is searching for something different and that God is as well. The world and its inhabitants are crying out to know and feel the presence of God, and in turn, God is crying out for a place that His Spirit can collide with a broken humanity. We would like to partner with you and your church in creating an atmosphere where this “something different” can happen. This atmosphere is called the “KAIO” Worship Event.

The KAIO event is a 12 to 24 hour praise & worship event. (Preferably 24 hours.) For the chosen time-frame, we want to foster a day and night expression of worship and in the process, create an altar of burning love that crosses denominational lines and ethnic backgrounds. We want to create an appointed time for the body of Christ to gather in your community, in a spirit of unity and then release a day and night of vertical worship and adoration to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. This is what the KAIO worship event is all about – to set a community of believers on fire for the Lord.

We believe that by setting your community on fire for the Lord, the recipients of this fire will be able to carry God’s presence into society and into their culture. In a posture of worship and by experiencing His presence, we can become like Him to the rest of the world.

“Of one hundred men, one will read the Bible; the ninety-nine will read the Christian.” – D.L. Moody.

The world wants to see Jesus living and breathing in people’s lives. They don’t want to hear about it, they want to see it and feel it.

You may be asking, “Why 24 hours?” The reason why is because GOD alone is worthy to receive it. Every day, week and year, we give hours and hours of consecutive time to this world and the things of it. Why not offer 24 hours of pure, uninhibited worship to Him? They worship 24 hours a day in heaven, so why can’t we do that here on earth for one day?

In the Lord’s Prayer (Matt. 6:10) it says, “your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” During the KAIO event, we want to join with the song and sound of Heaven as they worship at the Throne of God and create a door for His kingdom to come and shine through here on earth. In doing so, we believe that we can see the reality of the kingdom of Heaven impact our communities.

The structure of a KAIO event:

The basic structure is a 24 hour period of unceasing worship and prayer. If that seems like too long of a time period for you, the event can be done on a 12 hour time-frame as well. It is characterized as a non-denominational, multi-generational, multi-cultural expression of vertical worship to the Lord.

The worship time-frames are usually divided into 2-hour shifts, (a couple of 1-hour shifts can be utilized as well) which are filled by worship teams from the body of Christ in the region. The goal is to have worship leaders, bands and worship teams from a variety of churches. These teams range from one person leading worship and prayer from a guitar or keyboard, to full bands accompanied by prayer leaders. Artists and dancers may join the many sessions as well. Whether it’s praise music or someone painting, it’s all worship in the eyes of God.

There is a set focus, which is “to offer unceasing worship and prayer to the Lord as a unified body of Christ”, but there is not a set format. We do not want to ever put God in a box at a KAIO ministry event. The music can range from well-known praise & worship songs and hymns, to new songs created during the presence-charged atmosphere found at a KAIO event. Prophetic intercession and deep intercession for the needs of the region and world are encouraged as well.

There is a lot of variety and diversity found within the outpouring of worship and prayer at a KAIO event. The KAIO worship event is surrounded and infused by an extraordinary freedom in the Holy Spirit, but at the same time there is a divine order to it all.

The event start and end times are variable, but for a weekend event structure we recommend a Saturday 1:00 pm start time and a 1:00 pm end time on Sunday afternoon. This will allow you to incorporate the last few hours of the KAIO event with your Sunday morning worship service(s) and possibly a dinner on the grounds meal for the church body afterwards.

How much does it cost to host a KAIO event?

During the KAIO event, there are love offerings taken throughout the event. 30% of what comes in through the love offerings will be kept by the hosting church – (a 10% tithe and an additional 20% offering). The remaining 70% of the offerings will be given to Brian and his ministry as compensation and to assist in covering the travel and his ministry expenses of leading and directing the KAIO worship event. For the larger KAIO events (250 or more in attendance) the love offerings will suffice as compensation - unless your church or organization wants to offer an additional honorarium (to be determined by the church staff through prayer). For the smaller events (250 or less in attendance) we ask that you prayerfully consider offering an additional $200 per day honorarium to help cover Brian's expenses.

Additionally, we do ask that you allow us to set-up Brian’s product booth in your lobby for CD, t-shirt, etc… purchases. To be supplied by your church or organization: We would need either (2) two 6 ft. rectangular tables or (1) one 8 ft. rectangular table to complete the product booth set-up.

In most cases, lodging would be required for the night prior to the event, the night of and the following night as well. The lodging can be in the form of a hotel room or a host home. Meals, snack food, coffee and water on-site for Brian, his wife and the other worship teams is encouraged.

About Brian Neal:

Brian Neal is a Gospel Communicator, Worship Leader, Christian Recording Artist and most importantly – a Disciple of Christ and a lover of God. He has had the privilege of leading close to 9,000 people to Jesus Christ at ministry events and has experienced thousands upon thousands of other types of professions of faith during altar calls.

From his 9 year, 5 – CD, and 1,000 plus event ministry career, Brian Neal has learned many things about God and people. A couple of the most important things are this:

  1. Worship without delighting in God is nothing more than a religious duty that causes coldness in our hearts. Religion is a man-made thing, but a relationship is a God thing.

  2. The Creator of this world loves nothing more than to be worshiped in Spirit and in Truth and that every person on the face of this planet is longing to worship someone or something.

Unfortunately, most of the people of this world are worshiping someone or something other than God. Last year Americans spent over 10 billion dollars on movies and over 40 billion on gambling. This year they will spend over 110 billion on fast food and over 160 billion on alcohol alone! It’s clear that most people seek their own pleasure as a primary goal in life.

But the time is coming—it has, in fact, come—when what you're called will not matter and where you go to worship will not matter.

"It's who you are and the way you live that count before God. Your worship must engage your spirit in the pursuit of truth. That's the kind of people the Father is out looking for: those who are simply and honestly themselves before him in their worship. God is sheer being itself—Spirit. Those who worship him must do it out of their very being, their spirits, their true selves, in adoration."

John 4:23 (The Message)

Brian had this to say about worshiping and serving God:

God has been shaping and molding me for years. He has strived to open my eyes to the fact that when my primary pleasure is found and satisfied in Him, my seeking of other pleasures lessen. When I find my source of joy is in God, I no longer need to seek for joy through entertainment, food or the other things of this world. I am not saying that my happiness is the highest priority. However, I am saying, when I pursue the true source of joy – Jesus Christ, it always results in my greatest happiness in the end. This is what God has me out sharing with the world.

We should not make a god out of our own pleasures in pursuit of joy. The true reality should be that ‘god’ should be GOD. He is worthy of all of our adoration, praise and love and no one or nothing deserves it more.

The KAIO event and every other ministry event that I lead are meant to be an eye opening experience for all attendees. I strive to awaken their senses to an all loving God that longs to have an authentic relationship with them.
